The custodian/trustee for the Plan is RBC Dexia Investor
Services Trust, a joint venture equally owned by Royal Bank of Canada and Dexia which was established in
January 2006 (formerly known as RBC Global Services, which operated under
Royal Trust Corporation of Canada). RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust is
responsible for the custody of the investment assets held in the Plan’s
trust fund.
